Mike is 58 years of age and lives in Wells, Somerset. 

Wells is situated close to the Somerset Levels an area of outstanding beauty that Mike knows intimately and which is a source for a variety of wildlife subjects. 

He normally works in hard and soft pastel and while the whole spectrum of wildlife is covered his favourite subjects are birds of prey and owls. 

He has been a member of PAWS for many years and a finalist each year since 1992 and was the Roy Chaffin Studios special award winner in 2002.

He is also a member of The Wildlife Art Society

Each artist has also been sent a Certificate.
